Job summary

Accenture SAP practice seeks a transformation maven to lead design, build and test SAP custom developments on S/4HANA and BTP. You will guide transitions to Clean Core, lead code reviews, and foster architecture sign-offs while mentoring global delivery teams using Generative AI tools.

Role requires strong ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP experience and prior leadership in consulting. Travel may be required to meet client needs; multiple U.S. locations offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' SAP development experience with S/4HANA ABAP and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP BTP tools and services.
• Minimum 3 years data modeling with CDS views/AMDP/OData.
• Minimum 3 years SAP development with Fiori-first, Clean Core and RAP.
• Minimum 2 years in a technical leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP.
• Drive transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core and API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews and sign-offs.
• Mentor global delivery teams and communicate across levels; travel may be 0–100%.
