Accenture is seeking a transformation-minded SAP expert to lead design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.

You will drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption, and own technical design for workstreams while mentoring global delivery teams across geographies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience developing SAP applications using S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5) and ABAP Cloud.
• Minimum of 3 years experience with SAP BTP tools and services (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• Minimum of 3 years experience with data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related development.
• Minimum of 3 years SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• Minimum of 2 years in a technical leadership role (code reviews, architecture sign-offs, client workshops).
• Prior experience with Industrial clients and Consulting/Advisory roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years of work experience (or 6 years if Associate's).

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development on S/4HANA and BTP using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core.
• Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development and mentor global delivery teams; communicate across levels.
• Travel may be required up to 0–100% depending on business needs.
