Accenture invites SAP development professionals to join our SAP practice, focusing on clean-core solutions for S/4HANA and BTP. You will work on ABAP, RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori, delivering side-by-side extensions and AI-enabled features.

The role emphasizes collaboration across cross-functional teams and client stakeholders in a dynamic consulting setting. Applicants should bring hands-on ABAP Cloud expertise, experience with Joule Studio, and a background in Consulting or Energy/Resources

Qualifications

• 3+ years developing SAP applications using ABAP, with at least 3 years on S/4HANA ABAP (NetWeaver 7.4/7.5).
• 2+ years with SAP BTP tools and services, including Joule Studio (latest Application Development and Automation stack).
• 2+ years of data modeling using CDS views, AMDP, OData, or related custom development.
• 1 year of SAP custom development using Fiori-first, Clean Core, and BTP side-by-side approaches, including RAP.
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role.
• Prior experience supporting Resources/Energy Industry/clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support SAP custom development and extensions using ABAP, ABAP Cloud, RAP, CDS, OData, and Fiori under Clean Core principles.
• Build side-by-side extensions on BTP and in-app extensibility on S/4HANA.
• Develop and consume OData services; support released-API adoption and clean-core compliance.
• Use BTP tools and services (including Joule Studio) to support SAP Business AI-enabled features.
• Collaborate with leads and client stakeholders; communicate effectively across technical levels and geographies.
