Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA programs, including greenfield and brownfield routes. You will define methodology, tooling, governance, and oversee a team across FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, ensuring data quality and timely cutovers.

Travel may be required; this role combines technical authority with executive presence to advise client leadership and drive delivery at scale.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• A minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• A minimum of 3 years leading migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• A minimum of 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience; 12 years total, or 6 years with an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT).
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance across large multi-wave programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, rules, transformation, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers.
• Collaborate with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT) and ensure standards.
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live with risk management and issue resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
