Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP deployment efforts, coordinating with stakeholders and third parties across readiness, cutover, and hypercare. You will guide project plans, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and oversee both technical and non-technical teams to deliver transformative technology solutions.

You will travel 40-60% and work within EY's hybrid model, partnering with clients to ensure successful execution and delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
Typically, no less than 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
Experience in leading teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
