Job summary

Rise Baking Company, LLC in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to oversee forecasting for customers and products. You will create and maintain a rolling 24-month demand plan, drive statistical forecasting models, and coordinate cross-functional reviews with sales, marketing, and finance.

The role requires SAP APO DP expertise, ERP/MRP data management, and strong analytical skills to support S&OP processes and inventory strategies in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, finance, business, statistics or related field.
• 5+ years of consumer products forecasting or supply chain operations experience.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification desirable.
• Expert knowledge of SAP APO DP forecasting application.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage demand forecasts at customer-item-shipping location level.
• Create, review, and validate the demand plan for rolling 24-month horizon.
• Lead research of demand drivers and development of forecast models.
• Coordinate cross-functional forecast meetings with the national sales team.
• Manage ERP, MRP data and SAP APO DP for forecasting.
