Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large‑scale programs and ensuring day‑to‑day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

The role requires leadership in engagement delivery, program management, and effective budgeting, with a strong focus on SAP expertise and client value. A hybrid work model is offered with substantial travel requirements to client sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer business, manufacturing, technology or industrial products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
