The role requires deep SAP program delivery knowledge, strong leadership of diverse teams, and the ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations while traveling 40–60% of the time. EY emphasizes collaboration and results-driven delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in consumer business, manufacturing, technology or industrial products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with system development lifecycle, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
