• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments in varied sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and finance/quality understanding.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Bear accountability for program/project management, ensuring all objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
