Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures for large-scale programs and ensuring day-to-day delivery leads to successful outcomes for our clients and EY.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and be accountable for program management, budgets, and resource planning, using a mix of Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches. Expect 40–60% travel and a hybrid onsite model.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% of the time.
• SAP certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Bear accountability for program management and objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
• Collaborate with clients and EY teams to ensure successful outcomes.
