Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead to guide large SAP implementations, establishing operating structures and ensuring day-to-day delivery aligns with client priorities.

You will partner with senior client leadership, work with cross-functional teams, and drive accountability and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle, including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year); master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• Typically, no less than 5-7 years of relevant experience leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
