Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Principal to drive strategic ERP architecture and SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will shape system integration, data migration, and customization strategies across global teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and performance.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and a strong background in enterprise integration, architecture, and project leadership within large transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPM consulting, problem definition, architecture design and detailing of processes.
• End-to-end Process Architecture across Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing.
• Ability to articulate processes for at least one industry end-to-end.
• Understanding of EA frameworks and LeanIX for client solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP technology architecture—Cloud, Hybrid, BTP, AI, and Integrations.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Principal, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Drive strategic analysis of business needs, translating them into comprehensive technical requirements while providing expert guidance on their impact on ERP design and functionality
• Provide expert insights on ERP solution architecture, to ensure scalability, high performance, and readiness for future growth
• Lead the creation of advanced custom solutions, offering technical direction and ensuring adherence to coding and configuration best practices
• Oversee overall strategy for system integration including ERP integration standards and provide expert guidance on data migration methodologies, to ensure accuracy, validation, and alignment with business objectives
• Drive performance optimization initiatives, establishing benchmarks and innovating strategies to maximize system efficiency, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards
• Oversee the creation of comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and design strategic knowledge transfer programs, to ensure system users and technical teams are fully equipped to maintain and utilize the ERP solution effectively

Required Skill And Experience

Experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

Process Architecture – End to end process architecture covering cross-functional topics (e.g. Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing).

Ability to articulate the process for at least 1 industry end to end.

Understanding of EA frameworks, understanding of how solutions like LeanIX can help clients.

Understanding of technology Architecture related to SAP - Cloud, Hybrid, BTP, AI, Cloud ALM , Integrations etc.

Understanding of data offerings, BDC, Analytics, BW modernization roadmap etc.

Ability to advise clients on S/4HANA and other SAP solutions - adoption roadmap, drive client specific assessments, thought leadership data points.

Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 including extensive experience in large transformation programs.

Work with a diverse team spread across globally.

Should be able to handle requirement gathering, blue printing, design, configuration, functional testing, data migration, test data setup for UAT etc.

Able to analyze business requirements, conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detail functional/technical specifications, testing and implementing the automated solution, guide/able to manage ABAP team for development and testing

Preferred Skill And Experience

Experience in the area of proposal management, pre-sales and driving a sales pitch.

Analytical and logical problem-solving skills combined with the talent to quickly grasp new tasks.

Knowledge / certification of S4 Hana and Scrum Master / Agile Coach

PMP or comparable certification.

Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore

Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based in the below locations will be

CA, WA, NY, CO, MD, IL, MN, NJ, VT, MA : $118,000 to $174,000

Washington DC - $119,500 to $155,000
