Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• 3+ years leading/migrating migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream capacity.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large-scale data migration programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers across workstreams.
• Engage with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality and sign-off processes.
• Govern tool configuration and usage to migration architecture standards.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution.
