Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA programs. You will architect end-to-end solutions, drive multi-wave data migrations, and guide delivery teams to successful cutovers.

You will collaborate with client leaders and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality, governance, and scalable architecture across FI, CO, MM, SD, and more, including cloud migration considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance across large multi-wave programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers.
