Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design and drive enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs. You will guide frameworks, lead data migration design, and mentor teams across functional domains to ensure successful cutovers.

You will work with client leads, IT stakeholders, and data owners to enforce data quality, governance, and sign-off processes while leveraging LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, and related tools to deliver complex migrations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield/system conversion).
• 3 years of experience leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling such as LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable enterprise migration platforms.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.
• Experience supporting the Retail Industry and/or clients (specifically semiconductors).
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an Associate's Degree, then 6 years of work experience required).

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks for large-scale data migrations.
• Lead the design of data migration objects, business rules, and cutover sequencing.
• Oversee and mentor data migration consultants and developers across workstreams.
• Engage with client data owners, functional leads, and IT to align on data quality standards.
• Govern data migration tool configuration (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) and standards.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk management.
