Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain DHS/Public Trust clearance.
• Six+ years of SAP end-to-end implementations and data migration.
• Experience with ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and automation.
• Knowledge of data governance and data-quality practices.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model across multiple US sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement data-migration strategies, including mappings, cleansing rules, and validation.
• Perform ETL from legacy systems to S/4HANA using SAP Data Services or other tools.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand data migration requirements and provide guidance.
• Conduct data-quality assessments and cleansing activities.
• Create and maintain documentation of data-migration processes.
• Monitor migration processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Provide training and support on data migration best practices.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and public-sector regulations.
