Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will guide end-to-end data migration programs, mentor consultants, and collaborate with client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful cutovers.

The role requires deep experience with LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, and Syniti, and the ability to drive complex multi-wave migrations across diverse modules. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, or comparable platforms).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs across greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios.
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance across large-scale, multi-wave programs.
• Lead the design of data migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.
