Job summary

Danta Technologies is seeking a highly experienced SAP CS / S/4HANA Service Management Lead Architect to drive end-to-end service management design for a global manufacturing organization. You will define scalable solutions aligned with clean core principles and lead cross-functional teams across service, logistics, and finance.

The role requires a senior hands-on architect with deep expertise in CS, Field Service, and Service Management, with a track record of delivering SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

Must have extensive SAP CS/S/4HANA Service Management experience.
Past lead/architect roles in SAP S/4HANA transformations.
Strong stakeholder engagement and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Service Management architecture and design.
Define service processes: service orders, installed base, warranties, field service.
Architect integration with SD, MM, and R2R processes.
Design pricing, billing, and cost allocation aligned with finance.
Guide governance forums and cutover planning.
Coordinate global service delivery and multi-vendor collaboration.
