Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Minnesota, Eden Prairie, seeks an SAP S/4HANA architect/lead to own end-to-end functional solution architecture across Finance, Procurement, SAP modules and integration with non-SAP systems.

The role requires at least three full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, mentoring junior consultants, coordinating cross-workstream design, and delivering fit-to-standard solutions and cutover readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum three full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in architect/lead role.
• End-to-end functional design across Finance, Procurement, SCM, Manufacturing, SD.
• Ability to mentor junior consultants and communicate with executives.
• Proven cross-functional integration design and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SAP S/4HANA functional solution architecture.
• Mentor junior functional consultants and coordinate multi-team design.
• Serve as primary escalation point for SAP S/4HANA issues.
• Drive cross-functional integration across SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Review specifications, configurations, and test artifacts; lead design reviews.
• Lead SIT/UAT, cutover planning, and go-live readiness.
• Prepare walkthroughs, status updates, and hypercare support.
