Job summary

VMG Labs is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Lead to join a Finance transformation team. You will design and deliver scalable SAP CO solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into effective SAP CO solutions.

Strong hands-on SAP ECC experience is required; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable. The role involves travel and a long-term engagement through end of 2028 / early 2029, with

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on SAP Controlling (CO) experience.
Proven expertise in Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) processes.
Strong experience with Product Costing (CO-PC) and period-end processes.
Experience in complex global manufacturing environments preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead teams and drive governance across IT and business.

Responsibilities

Lead design, validation, and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with transformation goals.
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive decisions.
Configure and support SAP CO for MTO/ETO processes including costing and overhead allocation.
Provide functional leadership and ensure governance and quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.
