Job summary

VMG Labs LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Controlling (CO) Lead to join a Finance transformation team partnered with a global consulting partner. You will design and deliver scalable SAP CO solutions, working with stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams. Strong hands-on SAP ECC experience is required; exposure to SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

Location: San Jose, CA & Austin, TX, with international travel. Start: Immediate.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SAP Controlling (CO) experience.
• Experience with ETO and MTO business processes.
• Strong background in Product Costing (CO-PC) and related cost-management processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, validation, and deployment of SAP CO solutions aligned with transformation goals.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive decisions.
• Configure and support SAP CO for MTO/ETO, including standard costing, actual costing, overhead costing, variance analysis, CCA, PCA, CO-PA, allocations, and period-end closing.
• Provide functional leadership and ensure governance and quality throughout the implementation lifecycle.
