Merck & Co., Rahway, NJ, is seeking an SAP Finance/Controlling Lead to manage end-to-end SAP FI/CO configuration and drive reliable financial applications, including GL, CCA, PCA, IO, and CO-PA.

You will lead a global team of 6–8 functional resources, coordinate with business process stewards, ensure change control and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with IT to align SAP solutions with growth and efficiency goals, with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, IT, or closely related field.
• Three years of experience delivering SAP FI/CO modules.
• Experience with SAP Project Systems (PS).
• SAP delivery team leadership experience; ability to translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Experience with cross-functional business processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO configuration and governance.
• Deliver SAP Financial applications and reporting (GL, CO-PA, CCA, PCA, IO).
• Lead a global team of 6-8 resources (employees/contractors).
• Ensure changes align with business requirements, standards, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize SAP enhancements and new functionalities.
• Travel domestically and internationally (10%).
