Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Sr.SAP Consultant in Professional Services to design and deliver SAP BW migrations to the cloud on AWS. You will lead architecture, data model conversions, and extraction pipelines while guiding clients and coordinating with teams across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications include 5+ years BW migration, Datasphere/SAC knowledge, and SQL with some Python or ABAP scripting. Strong communication and risk management are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years SAP BW migration experience (modeling, extraction, transformation, reporting).
• Hands-on experience of SAP Business Data Cloud architecture (Datasphere, SAC).
• Hands on BW functional migration experience with at least one BW to cloud migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• SQL proficiency, basic Python or ABAP scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment of BW environments and data flows.
• Design migration architecture from BW to SAP Datasphere on AWS.
• Execute data model conversion and mapping from BW to Datasphere artifacts.
• Build and validate extraction pipelines from SAP to AWS data services.
• Create technical documentation and runbooks; deliver within timelines.
