Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks an SAP-focused Solutions Architect to help Global SAP customers migrate and optimize workloads on AWS.

You will work directly with customers to develop migration and adoption strategies for mission-critical SAP systems, spanning S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, and HANA Cloud, with emphasis on reliability and security. Qualifications

5+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data & analytics.
Knowledge of SAP applications, server technology, and network security is a plus.
Knowledge of cloud architecture and enterprise IT integration.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to migrate SAP landscapes to the cloud.
Design and deliver customer-focused cloud solutions for SAP environments.
Lead workshops and customer interactions to demonstrate AWS SAP capabilities.
Create prototypes and reference architectures covering SAP components on AWS.
Define system landscapes from development to production across geographies and entities.
Assist with sizing of technology components (OS, DB, data warehouses).
Model current, target, and transition architectures with customers.
