Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an SAP Solutions Architect focused on SAP to help customers migrate and optimize SAP landscapes on the AWS cloud. You will work directly with clients to design, size, and implement cloud-native or hybrid SAP architectures, leveraging AWS services for performance, security, and scalability.

Qualifications

5+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
Knowledge of SAP applications and SAP architecture/infrastructure needs.
Knowledge of cloud architecture and SAP on AWS concepts.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to migrate complex on-prem SAP landscapes to the cloud.
Design, test, and deliver innovative cloud solutions for SAP workloads.
Lead customer-facing workshops and deliver prototypes spanning apps, platforms, databases, and security.
Model current and target SAP architectures and assistance with transition planning.
Explain AWS value for backups, restoration, DB tuning, high availability, and disaster recovery.
