Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Consultant for ProServe in Dallas, TX. You will partner with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions, leading migration projects from SAP BW to the cloud and architecting scalable, secure data architectures on AWS.

You will collaborate with BW and BI teams, build reusable tooling, and provide guidance on best practices throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing, large-scale project management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
• 5+ years SAP BW migration experience (modeling, extraction, transformation, reporting).
• Hands-on experience of SAP Business Data Cloud architecture (Datasphere, SAC).
• Hands-on BW functional migration experience with at least one BW to cloud migration (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• SQL proficiency, basic Python or ABAP scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical assessment of customer BW environments (data models, extractors, queries, process chains).
• Design migration architecture from BW to SAP Datasphere on AWS.
• Execute data model conversion and mapping from BW objects to Datasphere artifacts.
• Build and validate extraction pipelines from source SAP systems to AWS data services.
• Own delivery of assigned workstreams within timeline and quality standards.
• Create technical documentation (design specs, runbooks, cutover plans).
