Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks an experienced SAP Business Analyst for Pratt & Whitney Military Engines Global Depot Network. You will manage SAP projects, ensure MRO SAP functionality, and lead transition efforts from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, coordinating with depots worldwide.

You will gather requirements, test, train, and create user documentation while collaborating across DT and depot leaders to deliver value and improve SAP processes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) Preferred
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in operations, maintenance and digital technology or MIS is required
• At least 5 years SAP experience required
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Having an Employment Authorization Document (EAD or Form I-766), commonly known as a work permit, will not meet the requirements of this position.

Responsibilities

• Work with Digital Technology (DT) and Depot Business leads to identify future enhancements
• Provide SAP support and issue resolution for the Global Depot network
• Technical SAP MRO SME
• Develop training and standard work for SAP Travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather insights, refine requirements, and ensure alignment between SAP goals and team efforts.
