Job summary
RTX seeks an experienced BTP Administrator to lead SAP Business Technology Platform services across development, testing, and production environments. You will collaborate with SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing integrations.
Remote role available to candidates based in the United States with potential onsite travel. Strong emphasis on configuration, troubleshooting, and governance in enterprise SAP landscapes and BTP
Qualifications
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience or 12 years in absence of a degree
- Experience administering SAP BTP and supporting complex SAP S4 HANA landscapes
- Experience with SAP Cloud Connector configuration, administration, and troubleshooting integration and production issues
- Experience working cross-functionally with SAP teams including functional, technical, infrastructure, and security
- Experience with observability and system monitoring platforms
Responsibilities
- Manage global accounts, subaccounts, directories, and service entitlements on SAP BTP
- Monitor resource consumption and maintain quota limits
- Provision and configure BTP services across development, test, and production landscapes
- Administer cTMS and manage transports with Development and Integration teams
- Configure and manage IAS and IPS, plus audit logging for SOX compliance
- Ensure secure connectivity between BTP and on-premise systems using SAP Cloud Connector
- Configure and support APIs, Event Mesh and integration destinations
- Troubleshoot integration, runtime and production issues across BTP services
- Maintain documentation, standards and operational procedures for BTP services
- Provide sustainment support during and after project rollout
- Collaborate with SAP teams for deployment and lifecycle management
- Participate in technical design discussions and solution documentation
