Job summary

Lumen is seeking a Senior Lead Architect - SAP BRIM to lead the architecture, design, and modernization of our customer financial platforms supporting billing, invoicing, payments, collections, and accounts receivable. This role requires deep expertise in CI, FI-CA, CM, SOM, and CC, and will partner with business and technology teams to drive scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related field.
• 10+ years of enterprise application, solution architecture, or SAP experience.
• 5+ years of SAP BRIM experience with deep expertise in CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Strong understanding of Billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, payments, and cash application.
• Experience integrating SAP with external platforms, payment processors, banks, CRM systems, and customer-facing applications.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and translate business requirements into practical solution designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and design for SAP BRIM with CI, FI-CA, CM.
• Provide architecture leadership for Billing, invoicing, Payments, and cash application.
• Design and govern integrations between SAP BRIM and SAP S/4HANA FICO, Salesforce, CRM platforms, and payment systems.
• Define API, event-driven, and batch integration patterns using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), REST services, messaging platforms, and file-based interfaces.
• Support vendor evaluations, POC, RFP responses, and strategic technology initiatives.
• Mentor development teams and establish architecture standards and best practices.
