Job summary

Compunnel, Inc. is seeking a senior SAP Benefits and Payroll consultant with 8+ years of SAP configuration experience in the benefits module, including ECC 6.0 Payroll. The ideal candidate will have public sector project experience and strong communication skills to lead complex requirements sessions.

This contractor will drive payroll rules, schemas, and wage-type configuration, produce critical documentation, and mentor County staff during knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ experience with SAP Benefits and payroll configuration.
• Experience with ECC 6.0 Payroll and SAP wage types.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex benefits service requests involving payroll rules, schemas, and functions.
• Lead wage type configuration to meet business requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering sessions for complex business needs.
• Provide knowledge transfer to County staff.
