Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP Basis/security experience in SAP RISE environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Experience with SAP components - Netweaver ABAP ERP, BTP, CPI, CPQ, IBP, GRC, GTS.
• Unix-based server environment experience.
• Web environment experience with HTTPS and SSL configuration.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple assignments under time constraints with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP Basis and Oracle performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP RISE landscape operations (S/4HANA Cloud private edition), including system monitoring, alerts, and coordination with SAP for backend infrastructure.
• Perform SAP HANA database administration, including performance tuning, backups, recovery testing, and space management.
• Handle system lifecycle activities such as system refreshes, copies, client administration, and transport management (ChaRM / STMS) in a cloud-managed model.
• Coordinate with SAP for infrastructure and OS-level tasks, acting as the technical liaison for incidents, upgrades, and maintenance windows.
• Execute SAP upgrades and patching activities (support packs, kernel updates, SPS upgrades) aligned with SAP RISE release strategy.
• Ensure security administration and compliance, managing roles/authorizations (PFCG), user provisioning, and integration with identity services (IAS/IPS, SSO).
• Drive proactive system monitoring and incident resolution, including performance analysis (ST03N, HANA tools), root cause analysis, and service request management with SAP.
