Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support the enterprise SAP landscape across development, QA, and production. The role focuses on technical administration, performance, security, and operational stability of SAP platforms, including SCM and EWM, with partnerships across multiple teams to enable business processes.

The position requires strong SAP Basis expertise, S/4HANA experience, and the ability to lead technical initiatives while supporting transformation efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Basis administration experience in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with ECC, S/4HANA, SCM, EWM, and NetWeaver.
• Experience with transport management, upgrades, patches, and monitoring.
• Ability to coordinate after-hours support and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SCM, EWM, and related technologies.
• Perform installations, upgrades, kernel updates, and system refreshes.
• Manage transports, monitoring, and incident resolution across landscapes.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams.
