Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support and evolve our enterprise SAP landscape. You will ensure the technical administration, performance, availability, and security of SAP platforms across development, QA, and production environments, partnering with cross-functional teams to implement SAP S/4HANA modernization and SCM/EWM enhancements.

The role requires strong SAP Basis expertise and experience with security, transports, and system automation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP Basis administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP EWM, SAP NetWeaver environments.
• Experience with SAP transport management, upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP environments across ECC, S/4HANA, SCM, and EWM.
• Perform SAP installations, upgrades, kernel upgrades, and system refreshes.
• Manage transports and technical changes across SAP landscapes.
• Monitor system performance, availability, capacity, and health; ensure SLAs.
• Troubleshoot Basis-related incidents and maintain technical standards and docs.
