Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Basis Administrator to support, maintain, and evolve our enterprise SAP landscape across development, QA, and production. You will ensure secure, available, and scalable SAP systems, including SCM and EWM, while partnering with security, infrastructure, and business teams.

The role emphasizes technical leadership during upgrades, migrations, and go-live events, with on-call support as required. Remote work in the U.S. is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of professional experience.
• At least 5 years of SAP Basis administration experience in large enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP SCM, SAP EWM, and NetWeaver.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SAP environments including ECC, S/4HANA, SCM, and EWM.
• Perform installations, upgrades, support packs, kernel upgrades, and refreshes.
• Manage transports and technical changes across SAP landscapes.
• Monitor performance, availability, capacity, and health to meet SLAs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable SAP operations.
