Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP Procurement Functional Analyst to lead the Source-to-Order suite and SAP Ariba integration with S/4HANA MM. You will bridge Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT, driving scalable procurement solutions globally.

The role requires deep procurement, sourcing, supplier lifecycle management, and SAP Business Network expertise, with collaboration across architects, vendors, and system integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP Procurement functional experience.
• 7+ years of SAP Ariba experience.
• Experience delivering global or multi-site deployments and working with external vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP procurement implementation and enhancement projects.
• Facilitate design workshops and requirements gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Drive continuous improvement focused on process efficiency, automation and compliance.
• Partner with stakeholders to define future-state procurement capabilities and roadmaps.
