Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Functional Analyst to lead SAP S/4HANA PE, QM, and LIMS initiatives across production and quality management. You will bridge business needs with vendors and IT, driving scalable, compliant solutions.

You will manage medium to large projects, design specifications, and enhancements while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and governance standards for a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years as a Functional Analyst or Architect in manufacturing/quality.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Production Execution and QM experience.
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of system integration and data interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing and deployment of SAP PE and QM solutions.
• Serve as liaison between business, vendors, and IT for project delivery.
• Manage enhancements, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with governance, validation, and audit requirements.
• Collaborate on integrations, reports, workflows and data analytics.
