Job summary

Aziro Technologies LLC in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to guide a complex SAP ERP implementation across procurement and sourcing domains. You will work with SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, coordinate testing, and ensure data accuracy and effective cross-functional collaboration with IT and business partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Procurement Analyst, Supply Chain Analyst, or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or other ERP and procurement platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical, data validation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting UAT, defect tracking, and business validation activities.
• Ability to collaborate with Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, IT teams, and implementation partners.

Responsibilities

• Support the Cost Workstream Lead throughout the SAP ERP implementation lifecycle.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes across S2P domains (Strategic Sourcing, Direct Procurement, etc.).
• Gather, document, and validate requirements from BPOs, SMEs, and key stakeholders.
• Support requirements workshops, process reviews, and solution validation sessions.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities, including test planning, script development, and defect tracking in Jira/XRay.
• Ensure approved designs are thoroughly tested and validated prior to deployment.
• Maintain understanding of Source-to-Pay, procurement, and supplier management processes.
• Perform data validation activities for migrated data and support data reconciliation.
