Job summary

Brightstar Lottery is seeking a Procurement Governance & P2P Sr. Supervisor to lead supplier governance, procurement compliance, and P2P operations across the global procurement function. You will drive process excellence, manage risk programs, and support audits and Ariba platform initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in procurement, with strong knowledge of Ariba, P2P, and internal controls. A Master’s degree and 15+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of procurement experience, including governance responsibilities.
• Demonstrated expertise with SAP Ariba and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong knowledge of supplier governance, risk management, procurement compliance, and internal controls.
• Ability to collaborate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk Management, Audit, Operations, and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead supplier administration, qualification, relationship management, and ongoing monitoring in line with policies.
• Oversee supplier master data and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate supplier risk assessments, performance evaluations, and inspections with relevant functions.
• Manage procurement dashboards, spend analysis, and KPIs for governance and improvement.
• Maintain procurement policies aligning with standards, internal controls, SOX, audits, and certifications.
• Lead sustainable procurement activities with involved departments.
• Lead Ariba P2P implementation, maintenance, and evolution with ERP and vendors.
