Accenture is seeking a Manager in its SAP Analytics practice to lead delivery teams and client engagements around SAP Datasphere, SAC, and SAP BDC. You will translate business requirements into scalable analytics, guide data integration, and oversee architecture design while driving practice development and client value.

The role requires senior-level expertise in SAP analytics, strong leadership, and the ability to grow both client relationships and teams in a dynamic consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP analytics, BI, or data management consulting.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, or related SAP data products.
• Minimum 3 years in people or project leadership, managing cross-functional teams.
• Minimum 2 years designing/architecting SAP Business AI Platform.
• Minimum 3 years delivering full-cycle SAP analytics implementations in Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or HR analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP Analytics engagements across Datasphere, SAC, and BDC.
• Serve as primary client-facing leader, manage stakeholder expectations and align business and IT sponsors.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable analytics solutions with data modeling and semantic layer design.
• Oversee data integration strategies within SAP Datasphere linking BW/4HANA and cloud sources.
• Design and validate SAC story architectures, ensuring performance, governance, and usability.
• Guide SAP Business Data Cloud adoption, including Databricks-powered AI/ML pipelines.
• Contribute to asset development, methodology refinement, and thought leadership.
• Support business development activities including RFPs and client workshops.
• Maintain knowledge of SAP roadmap and translate to client go-to-market narratives.
• Collaborate with SAP Center of Excellence and technology alliances to bring offerings to market.
• Manage and mentor teams of consultants, conduct performance reviews, and grow SAP Analytics talent.
