• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production scheduling, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Experience participating in or supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Job description

Akkodis is seeking an experienced SAP Supply Chain Analyst to support a leading organization undergoing a strategic SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation. This role will partner with manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and project teams to optimize production planning, material management, and manufacturing execution processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and Bills of Materials (BOMs), along with experience supporting manufacturing operations in construction, industrial manufacturing, prefabrication, or project-driven production environments.

Pay/Salary Range: $120,000 annually to $140,000 annually; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience supporting SAP supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Strong experience managing and supporting Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production scheduling, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Experience participating in or supporting an SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and inventory management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Background in construction, industrial manufacturing, prefabrication, modular construction, or project-based manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Experience with integration points between:
• SAP PP (Production Planning)
• SAP PS (Project Systems)
• SAP FI (Finance)
• Experience supporting capacity planning and MRP processes in project-driven manufacturing environments.
• SAP certification(s) are a plus.
