Job summary

Polarits is seeking an experienced SAP PP Consultant in Phoenix to lead end-to-end PP implementations and collaborate with stakeholders to design SAP solutions. You will configure master data, manage production orders, and ensure tight integration with MM, SD, QM, and FI/CO modules in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with responsibility for training and post-implementation support, plus involvement in Procure-to-Pay processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP PP in production planning and manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of MRP, shop floor control, and capacity planning.
• Experience integrating MM, SD, QM, FI/CO with PP modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP PP implementations including requirements, design, configuration, testing and go-live support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze manufacturing requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
• Configure Master data and transactions for Material Master, Work Centers, BOMs, Routings, Production Orders, MRP and capacity planning.
• Integrate SAP PP with MM, SD, QM, FI/CO to ensure cross-functional process flows.
• Provide expert-level support for shop floor control and production orders in discrete/repetitive environments.
• Develop functional specs for enhancements, reports, and interfaces with ABAP/technical teams.
• Support continuous improvement, AI, system upgrades and business transformation projects.
• Conduct user training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams to ensure smooth system operation.
• Preferred: contribute to Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process integration including procurement and supplier collaboration.

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) and it is a W2 role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with proven track record in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP PP modules in complex manufacturing environments. The candidate should also have exposure to SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes knowledge, with the ability to integrate PP functionalities across other SAP modules such as MM, SD.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP PP implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze manufacturing and production planning requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay) processes and integration points with production planning.

Experience in data migration, testing automation, and Fiori applications.
