Job summary

Wipro Technologies in Washington, DC seeks a Senior SAP ABAP Technical Lead / Scrum Master to provide SAP technical direction and Agile coordination from day one on-site. The role includes backing Scrum ceremonies, guiding cross-pod planning, and mentoring developers while ensuring delivery governance and quality.

The candidate will collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to drive technical solutions, release readiness, and incident triage in a fast-paced HQ setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP ABAP and S/4HANA projects.
• Strong SAP ABAP background across multiple modules.
• Experience with SAP UI5 and Fiori.
• Ability to coordinate with HQ and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP technical solutioning and development oversight across modules and financial workflows.
• Provide backup support for Scrum ceremonies, sprint execution and backlog readiness discussions.
• Coordinate onboarding oversight, capacity monitoring, and cross-pod planning support from HQ.
• Mentor developers on design quality, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and documentation.
• Support release planning, production cutover, hyper care and incident triage.
