Infosys in the US is seeking a Package Consultant 2 to participate in requirements gathering, assist in ERP customization, and develop new features while ensuring stability and compliance across the ERP ecosystem.

You will work on system integration, performance assessment, and documentation, delivering user training to support effective knowledge transfer. Strong ABAP/OO and HR/payroll expertise are required, with collaboration across cross‑functional teams to drive value.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ABAP and OO ABAP concepts (RICEFW).
• Debugging (Logs / Traces).
• Working with HR Infotypes and HR-Forms / Payslip.
• Payroll Cluster-related development: PCL2 (RU); RGDIR.
• Benefits Interfaces in connection with US payroll.
• Stored Procedures, Function Calls, Designing tables, data loads.

Responsabilités

• Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities.
• Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements.
• Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance.
• Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications.
