Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years of food industry and supervisory role.

Aufgaben

• Lead sanitation, hygienic zoning, integrated pest management, allergen cleaning, environmental monitoring, and chemical control programs.
• Help ensure sanitation chemicals, vendors, tools, equipment, SDS information, and safe work practices are properly approved and maintained.
• Promote cleaning tool controls, segregation practices, and 5S standards for raw and ready-to-eat areas.
• Maintain and verify the Master Sanitation Schedule, including frequencies and documentation.
• Develop, review, and maintain SSOPs, sanitation verification records, and validation documentation.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop sanitation team members for audit readiness and continuous improvement.
• Partner with site leadership, chemical suppliers, and stakeholders to address sanitation and process improvement opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, communicate risks, and support corrective actions.
• Support customer and third-party audits with preparation and updates to procedures and schedules.
• Maintain compliance with Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
