Job summary

Qualifications

• Oversee safety, food safety and environmental compliance program standards.
• Lead production and quality management to meet specifications; supervise 2-3 supervisors.
• Establish operational priorities and manage budgets for the plant.
• Drive continuous improvement in plant information systems, quality control and maintenance.
• Coach and develop a team, handle talent management and disciplinary actions.
