Responsibilities

• Leads SALT tax audits for multiple jurisdictions (income, franchise, sales and use, property, other taxes).
• Manages SALT tax appeals and litigation with tax counsel oversight.
• Assesses potential corporate activities for state income and non-income tax consequences and advises clients.
• Mentors junior staff and ensures timely, high-quality tax documentation.
