Vistra Corporate Services Company is seeking a Senior Tax Controversy Manager (SALT) in Irving, TX. The role leads SALT audits, manages appeals and litigation, and evaluates corporate activities for state and non-income tax implications.

You will translate complex tax advice for business clients and mentor others in best practices across tax topics. The position requires a Bachelor's degree, 7–10 years Big 4 SALT experience, and energy sector familiarity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years Big 4 experience in state income tax and SALT controversy.
• Energy/utility sector experience preferred.
• Strong communication and diplomacy with taxing authorities.

Mansioni

• Lead SALT audits for multiple jurisdictions (state income, franchise, sales and use, property taxes).
• Manage SALT appeals and litigation with tax counsel oversight.
