Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+) to drive digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will partner with business and experience teams to lead programs, manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality, and guide both onshore and offshore teams to deliver innovative Salesforce solutions.

You will oversee engagements, participate in business development, and ensure client satisfaction while traveling as needed to

Qualifications

Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years leading analysts and developers; architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong written/verbal communication, client service, and business-technology alignment skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight.
Lead multiple engagements and cross-functional teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
Manage client relationships, revenue, and engagements' economics; travel as required.
