Simplus, an Infosys company, seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical direction of complex Salesforce implementations. This hands-on role combines deep Salesforce development expertise with leadership and client-facing communication.

You will mentor developers, drive design decisions, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions that align with Salesforce best practices across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Strong enterprise Salesforce implementation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flow, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations using REST and/or SOAP.
• Experience leading or mentoring Salesforce development teams.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile delivery.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development of complex Salesforce solutions.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to Salesforce Developers.
• Lead code reviews and ensure Salesforce engineering standards are met.
• Develop and review integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with Architects on overall solution design and governance.
• Support release management, deployments, and production readiness.
• Engage with client stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Establish development standards and improve engineering practices across teams.
• Mentor junior and mid-level Salesforce professionals.
