Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking a Salesforce CRM Technical Architect for a 100% remote role in the U.S. You will guide enterprise Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Industry Clouds.

The ideal candidate will design and govern scalable CRM architectures, balance declarative and programmatic approaches, and partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver robust, maintainable solutions.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IS or related field; Salesforce architect credentials preferred.
• Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, Flow, and Salesforce DX; experience with MuleSoft integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Marketing, and Industry Clouds.
• Lead solution design reviews and governance for major Salesforce initiatives.
• Set standards for declarative vs programmatic implementations (Flow, Apex, LWC, integrations).
• Architect data models, sharing models, and large-data-volume strategies across orgs.
• Design integration architectures using MuleSoft, Salesforce Connect, Platform Events, CDC, and APIs.
